In their response to me, South Lanarkshire Council failed to list any Common Good assets of the burgh of Biggar.

Biggar has a Common Good Fund with a balance of £42,000 at 31 March 2005.
My Commentary
I have seen property transactions in Biggar involving land that had been held by the former Town Council. Some of this is quite probably Common Good.
Further research is required.
