There is no mention of any Cockenzie & Port Seton Common Good Fund in the Annual Accounts of East Lothian Council for 2004-05.
My Commentary
We need further information on the Common Good assets of Cockenzie & Port Seton. It is odd that no assets are reported since Cockenzie & Port Seton Community Council took East Lothian Council to court in 1997 over the demolition of the Pond Hall. This, surely, was not the only Common Good asset in the town?
