My Commentary
Highland Council were not very helpful in providing details of the assets held by the various Common Good Funds under their control. Inverness Common Good Fund certainly has more assets than simply the Longman Industrial Estate. This is clear from a paper outlining the budget for 2007/08 in which the Victorian Market, Town House and Ness Islands are all mentioned.
