Argyll & Bute Council scores 1/10 for a very poor performance in identifying
and stewarding the Common Good assets of its former burghs.

Of the 9 burghs withing Argyll & Bute, only 6 are documented in the accounts
as having a Common Good Fund and 3 (Helensburgh, Tobermory and Cover & Kilcreggan) are not accounted for.

The record made available of Common Good assets is dismal and records only two assets in one burgh - Rothesay. it is not credible that the remaining 8 burghs have no common good assets.
