Orkney Islands Council scores 7/10.
The Council supplied a full list of Common Good assets including moveable assets. Although there are gaps and the Council admits that it does not know the location of some of these assets (having been carried forward in the Accounts for years without investigation), I understand that a review is now underway to improve the records.
The accounts that we were sent were good. However, what is published is not so revealing (see link below).
